SAVED BY THE LOVE OF GOD – NIKKA GRACE (26 May 2021)

Chained,

Covered from head to toe in shackles,

Everyone in their own lane,

Everyone fighting their own battles,

Then came along a King disguised as an ordinary man,

But this was all a part of God’s perfect plan.

Growing up they knew he was different,

But as He got older, they realized why He had been sent

As an adult,

Off to his disciples he would find,

He could name all the stars in the galaxy,

He even knew that God would create me in time

When his time came to be known,

All his disciples were thrown,

Terrified for his safety and sometimes lacking in faith,

He taught them that the best thing to do was to pray

But then sin overtook the world,

And there was only one thing He was instructed and realized He could do

To stop the pain and corruption,

This is why He died for you

Never have I ever known

A greater love than His,

Never have I known a greater eternity

Than this

He is called God, Yahweh,

Father, Friend,

He is the definition of love,

And His love for us will never end

But not everyone liked His ways,

Or believed to God he was tied,

So for our sins, the pain and suffering he did pay,

On the cross, He was crucified

All witnessed the Son of God that day

And

As the last drop of blood fell,

You were saved.
